Crumb A prose-poem by Charles Plymell printed on one side of a card, with a photo of Plymell on the others side, taken in Kansas in 1952. On either side of his image in the photo is a handwritten inscription from Plymell to Robert Crumb, the great countercultural cartoonist whom he published & printed in the first issue of Zap Comics in 1967, an iconic item that now commands huge sums from collectors. The inscription reads: "For Robert Crumb/from the/dude who/first called/you genius/(signed) Charles Plymell/'52 (the date refers to when the photo was taken, not when he wrote the inscription).
