A superb production; & among the foremost Suntree/Daughtry collectibles with very significant association & provenance. book in fine condition with only faint but profuse spotting to front, back covers; a bit of wear & a few tiny bumps at edges & corners of same & spine; moderate spotting to upper & side edges of text block. Interior very fine with only spotting in blank areas of some page leaves (very sparse except for pg. 1 & blank pg. opposite). Dust jacket in fine condition with only small areas of light rubbing, creasing at front, back covers & spine; very light wear & a few tiny bumps, creases at edges & corners of same; more significantly & with several tiny closed or folded tears at upper edge of front cover/ spine.
