First issued in parts beginning in 1968 by Black Sparrow Press before its publication in complete form in 1975 by Wingbow Press, this is therefore the earliest indication of the earliest appearance of Dorn's most well-known work. With descriptions of two editions with limitations, prices, etc. & a complimentary blurb by poet Robert Creeley. A most rare Dorn collectible, printed on fine copper-brown colored paper with black text & publisher's logo at top left margin. In fine condition with horizontal crease through middle where folded, minor creases at both bottom corners, very tiny closed tear-bump at right bottom corner crease. From the collection of the late James Perrizo, Beat collector, scholar & one-time assistant to Edie Kerouac Parker, Jack Kerouac's former wife. Fine. [Item #1850]
