Also an excerpt from a novel by the great Kerouac biographer Gerald Nicosia, a poem by Living Theater co-founder Julian Beck, another by Surrealist leader Andre Breton, & much, much more. With many reproductions of photographs & illustrations, including a vintage image of Kerouac taken by William S. Burroughs, & another of WSB in the company of Corso & others taken outside the location of one of his appearances during his later years. An increasingly rare treasure trove of literary significance, a near record-holder of so many important contributors in one compilation. In fine condition with only moderate scratching & rubbing to front, back covers & spine, mild chipping to edges of same, small bumps & creases at all corners. Small water or liquid stain that runs decreasingly through near-upper right corner of first 9 or so leaves, very small crease from upper right corner of front cover through about the first half, otherwise interior very fine.
