San Francisco, CA: Intersection Theatre, 1975. First Printing. Single Sheet. Signed by Diane di Prima. A broadside-poster (approx. 10&1/2"x16&1/2") announcing the performance at the Intersection Theatre on Union Street (presumably in San Francisco) of Whale Honey, a poem/play by Diane di Prima, among the few female icons of the Beat Generation. References to music by John McDowell; sets by George Herms & performance dates during August (1975). Background collage illustration of vintage postcards with handwriting, stamps, etc. signed & dated "Tim Veness 7-75." Just above the artist's printed signature & date, near the lower right corner, is di Prima's hand-signature, written at an upward angle. A most desirable di Prima rarity, especially signed. In very fine condition, virtually mint. Mounted on stiff board, in protective shrinkwrap. Very light dusting of spots & debris on surface of shrinkwrap, not broadside-poster.
