A broadside (approx. 10"x13") with the title poem by Michael McClure, a primary poet & playwright of the San Francisco Renaissance, the Beat Generation & beyond. With the haunting sub-title "Can We Exist?" As stated between the lines of the lower margin, this is one of fifty (un-numbered) copies printed by the Arif Press in Berkeley in 1973 (the year in roman numerals). This copy is signed by McClure below the poem. A beautiful production, & a very scarce McClure collectible. In very fine condition with only faint, short waving esp. along edges; irregular lower edge & right corner, undoubtedly as issued on handmade paper; light pencil notation & circled price by previous seller below margin near right corner.

Item is currently mounted on stiff board, in protective shrink wrap, will be shipped carefully rolled in a tube.
