Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon during October-December 1989. Diane Wakoski, the venerable & prolific poet who has long resided in Michigan, presented a reading, lecture & workshop on three successive dates as a poetry residency. Also noted are single readings by poets August Kleinzahler & Maxine Scates. With a bold block print illustration (uncredited, presumably of Mt. Hood) across middle of surface. With extensive information & photographs of the poets on verso. A beautiful production, & a very rare, desirable piece of Wakoski-related ephemera. In fine condition with only some short, faint creases mostly on blank areas of surface esp. upper edge; several short creases in red area of illustration with very slight loss of color (all in background area of mountain); tiny bumps at upper corners & lower left corner. Currently mounted on stiff board, in protective shrinkwrap. Will be shipped carefully rolled in a tube. Fine. [Item #2454]
