With introductory texts by WSB & Lowe in English with Japanese translations. Part of the "ArT RANDOM" series issued by the publisher. Includes a loose card listing other volumes in the series, & publisher's folded printed strip. Hardcover in glossy illustrated boards without dust jacket as issued. From the collection of Jim McCrary, a poet & educator who resides in Lawrence, Kansas where he was a friend & associate of WSB during his later years. A magnificent production, among the chief relics of WSB's flourishing parallel art career during his last decade, with very important provenance & association- Likely handled & perused by WSB himself. We have kept the card & strip noted above where we found them between pages in the "paper clouds" section. In exceptionally very fine condition with only slightest rubbing, faint scratching & a few tiny spots in blank areas of front, back covers & spine; tiny bump-creases at corners of same, probably as issued. Interior very fine, substantially mint. Card very fine with a few tiny spots in blank area of verso; strip very fine with a few minor, faint creases at & around small half-circular area cut out as issued. Very Fine. [Item #2983]
