German-language translation of "The Conquerors," the final volume of poetry by Ray Bremser (1934-1998), the legendary & notorious Beat-Generation-&-Beyond poet. Originally published in English by Jeffrey Weinberg's Water Row Press shortly before Bremser died during 1998. With an introduction unique to this edition by Charles Plymell, Bremser's friend & kindred Literary Outlaw whose own accomplishments as poet, printer & publisher are legend. At the end of his introduction, below his printed name, Plymell has hand-written his signature (pg. 6). Also with a biographical tribute-afterword by Mikhail Horowitz, the noted countercultural poet & performance artist, written just after Bremser's passing, also unique to this edition. Obtained by us from our good friend & mentor Plymell, from his library. All texts in German. An extremely rare Bremser completist collectible with very desirable association & provenance. In fine condition with only very mild rubbing & occasional spot-staining to front, esp. blank back covers & stapled spine; mild wear & a few tiny bumps, creases at edges & corners of same; mild rubbing & spotting at lower edge of text block. interior very fine with only tiny bumps, creases at corners of page leaves; edges of a few of same.
