Bay Saint Louis, MS: Proteus Publications; Ken Murphy Publishing, 2010. First Edition. Hardcover. Signed by photographer Ken Murphy. "Ken (Murphy)'s photography books document our state in the present with their beautiful images, and the music photographs from Mississippi were my personal favorites...Ken and I started talking about a blues photo project with the goal of capturing the current Mississippi blues scene. As his third volume of work evolved I watched Ken, hat turned backwards, once again having fun photographing the state of the blues in Mississippi...Somewhere in this process Scott Barretta moseyed into my world, graciously sharing his in-depth blues awareness and knowledge...Scott conveyed his sincerity of preserving the realness of the music he loved."
