This July 1974 number of the monthly literary journal published by the venerable Black Sparrow Press is entirely dedicated to Gerard Malanga, poet & important member of the Andy Warhol "factory" scene at the height of the 1960s counterculture & beyond. There are seven poems dated during 1973-74, composed in Boston & other locations in Massachusetts. This copy is signed by the poet below his printed name on the front cover. A nice little Malanga/Black Sparrow Press enhanced rarity, in fine condition with only very mild browning, tiny scratches at top right-middle & light creases at spine of front cover; moderate browning, soiling & a few light creases of back cover esp. at spine.
