A broadside (approx. 8&1/2"x11&3/4") with printed facsimile of a short hand-written poem by Diane di Prima, female icon of the Beat Generation & beyond. Red-colored text on white background. The poem conveys her impressions of a poetry festival held in Amsterdam in 1981, in which she presumably participated, including a reference to avant-garde composer John Cage. Above her printed signature, di Prima has hand-signed her signature in green ink at an upward angle. A most scarce di Prima collectible, in very fine condition with only light creases at top edge; very tiny bump-creases at corners; a few light scratches on surface. Thin broken line of red ink along left edge & light smudges of same along top edge as issued. Item is currently mounted on stiff board, in protective shrinkwrap; will be shipped rolled in a tube.
