This double number of the academic literary journal features a poem entitled "With Words (For Tony)" by noted Michigan poet Diane Wakoski. The poet has hand-signed her name along with a characteristic column of small illustrations in blue ink, to the right of her printed name & the title of her contribution. Also an interview with Wakoski conducted by W. A. Blais on December 15, 1970; another interview with writer Ronald Sukenic conducted by Joe David Bellamy on August 13, 1970; poetry by John Ciardi, Claude Pelieu, William Wantling & many others; fiction; ads for contemporary literary reviews; etc. A desirable rarity & a significant Wakoski collectible. Softcover in sewn & stapled binding. In near-fine condition with only moderate rubbing, scratching & soiling to front, back covers & spine; more significant vertical crease & rubbing along length of front cover spine-edge; small bump-creases at all corners of covers & spine; mild bumping & chipping to all edges of same; minor scratching & spotting of all edges.
