Pivano translated Ginsberg's major poems into Italian, including Howl, which ushered the Beat Generation into popular consciousness & from which the term "Hydrogen Jukebox" is taken for the title of this essay. Softcover in sewn binding with blank covers & spine. Text in Italian. A very rare collectible for the Italian-fluent Ginsberg scholar. In fine condition with moderate rubbing, creasing & browning of front, back covers & esp. spine; mild wear to edges & corners; a few tiny spots to back cover.
