A compilation of poetry by Faye Kicknosway, the noted poet born in Detroit, raised in Los Angeles & now long residing in Hawaii. Spanning the 1970s & 1980s, many of these poems previously appeared in various anthologies, chapbooks & other forms including a series of cards issued by Ken & the late Ann Mikolowskis Alternative Press. With its black plastic spiral binding, apparently copied rather than printed pages & generally tentative quality, we believe this is an uncorrected proof, galleys or a review copy (though there is no direct reference to these forms). On the title page, the poet has hand-written: "(Signed) Faye Kicknosway/12/9/88/The words/all together." A unique Kicknosway collectible. In very fine condition with only very mild rubbing & browning to edges of front, back cover leaves; tiny bumps & creases at edges & esp. inner corners of same.
