With bold letterpress front cover illustration "...adapted from a ca. 1938 Works Progress Administration poster." A rare, desirable Plymell, Winans & Co. collectible in very fine, indeed close to substantially mint condition with only slight rubbing to blank white area of back cover; slight rubbing & wear along stapled spine edge.
