Large-Format Hardcover with dust jacket: "Second Edition, Revised and Enlarged," as stated on front cover and title page, presumed first printing given the accompanying presentation letter and with no reference to further printings on copyright page. Book is in relatively very fine condition with the slightest bumping to the top and bottom edges of spine and very mild scratching/rubbing to back cover. Interior is crisp and clean with only mild age-toning creeping in from the page edges. Dust jacket is in near fine condition with mild-to-moderate rubbing and scratching to front, back covers & spine; mild-to-moderate bumping to the fine edges and corners of same; mild creasing along flap edges. Booklet relatively very-fine with only very mild age-toning. Letter near fine with a horizontal crease in the center from original mailing, moderate bumping and creasing along the top edge, and a stray pen mark near the bottom left corner.
