A literary magazine edited by the Placitas, NM-based poet-printer-publisher, Larry Goodell (b. 1935) and his friend & contemporary, Gus Blaisdell (1935-2003), a writer-teacher-publisher-editor most famous for his literary activities in Albuquerque, NM, including his proprietorship of the Living Batch Bookstore. The issue features work by the editors in addition to selections from Ron Caplan (b. 1945), Tom Raworth (1938-2017), and several notable others. From the collection of Albert Glover (1942-2026), the esteemed American poet, editor, publisher & academician who was the foremost remaining authority on Olson. Glover was a student of & anointed by the Maximus Master himself at SUNY Buffalo during the 1960s, & had ever since served outstandingly to bear the Olsonian Torch as bibliographer, editor & publisher. Glover passed away during February of 2026, & we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family. Magazine in stapled wrappers: a First Printing of this elusive periodical from the Mimeograph Revolution with original mailing envelope from Duende Press addressed by hand to Al Glover. In Very Good-Near Fine condition with minute-to-moderate shelf-wear, rubbing, some light bumping, a few instances of slightly more pronounced bump-creasing to fine-edges & corners of front, back covers & spine-edge; light rusting, bleeding to staples at interior & exterior; otherwise, generally clean. Original mailing envelope in Fair-Good condition with use-based creasing, related crease-indentations, some light bumping & occasional bumping throughout; as well as moderate-to-significant age-toning, chipping, fraying, etc.; otherwise, generally clean.
